Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market in the US. You will lead project teams through all design and delivery phases, coordinating contracts, permits, documentation, and construction administration.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architecture or design, an architecture degree, licensure preferred, and strong Revit/AutoCAD/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Professional licensure preferred.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with Data Centers is required.
• Strong English communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Manage contracts before execution and develop milestone schedules and staffing plans.
• Create detailed project charters with QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor financial status and conduct interim reviews with leadership.
• Review monthly invoicing and billing; provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure quality control.
