Grundfos is seeking a Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer, Data Centers to grow aftermarket sales of spare parts and maintenance services across the USA and Canada, while building lasting partnerships with data center clients.

You will expand market presence, develop strategic account plans, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that keep critical infrastructure running reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical/business degree.
• 5-10 years of industrial, commercial, or municipal sales experience with proven results.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex solutions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key aftermarket customers in the data center industry.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive aftermarket sales growth and revenue targets.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with end users and purchasers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Data Center KAMs, CSSC, Operations, Engineering, and CBS PMs to deliver customized solutions.
• Provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and market insights.
