Job summary
Grundfos USA seeks an Engineer, Support Specialist to strengthen strategic customer relationships, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure smooth order fulfillment for projects in the Commercial Building Services division. You’ll be the internal go-to contact for key accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; 3+ years pump-industry experience with direct customer-facing engagement
- Experience with SAP or CRM tools and data dashboards is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, Power BI) and ability to present data clearly
Responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated support contact for strategic accounts across order-to-delivery lifecycle
- Develop strategic account plans to drive sales and engagement
- Coordinate complex orders and shipments for project-based sales
- Organize training and onboarding for strategic account teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve disputes and optimize processes
- Promote digital self-help tools and provide regular account performance reporting
