Job summary
Grundfos is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in Domestic Building Services by connecting customers with innovative water technology solutions. You will leverage deep technical expertise and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, advise on products, and influence sales performance across the Domestic Building Services segment.
You will conduct feasibility studies, provide expert technical guidance to clients, and use SAP BW for forecasting while mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant sales engineering experience within Building Services or manufacturing.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Identify and conduct feasibility studies for new business opportunities and execute tactical sales plans.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products and applications.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and trends, delivering actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Use SAP BW data for business analysis and forecasting to inform sales decisions.
- Conduct specialized product and application training for customers and sales teams.
- Coach and mentor junior team members while maintaining CRM records.
