Job summary

Assured is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Palo Alto to support carrier accounts, run discovery, design deployments, and own the technical narrative across projects.

You will collaborate with a Client Engagement Manager, handle defect tickets, review API payloads, and monitor production data. Expect SQL work, documentation, and growing ownership over time as you ramp up within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical, analytical, or client-facing roles.
• SaaS experience, especially in solutions engineering or implementation consulting.
• Ability to read payloads, write queries, and reason about relational data.
• Familiarity with AI or ML-enabled products.
• Insurance or insurtech exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and solution design for deployments and integration strategy.
• Embed during critical phases, including initial deployment and expansions.
• Own the technical narrative across carrier accounts.
• Write defect tickets with clear steps, sample payloads, and expected vs observed behavior.
• Review API payloads for mistranslations and data loss; run smoke tests.
• Maintain versioned workflow documentation and mapping specs as processes evolve.
• Help monitor account health, including SQL work to track capture rates and flag anomalies.
• Handle internal incident management across carriers, raising critical information.
• Take on more ownership as you ramp up, expanding responsibility for one or more carrier accounts.
