Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, shaping demonstrations that map customer outcomes to Workiva platform capabilities across financial reporting, GRC, and sustainability.

You will lead product demonstrations, build proofs of concept, collaborate with sales and product teams, and help customers validate solutions while guiding onboarding with partners and Client Services. Travel up to 40% with a strong benefits package and OTE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners via virtual and on-site meetings to drive discovery and lead product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate expertise across Workiva domains (Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability) and align solutions to customer needs.
• Develop account plans with sales to support Workiva strategies and objectives.
• Create proofs of concepts to validate requirements and present business cases.
