Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead platform engineering for data and analytics. You will design and automate scalable Snowflake-based frameworks, mentor junior engineers, and partner with modeling teams to support analytics and operations.

The role includes tuning Snowflake performance, RBAC configuration, and building REST API-driven data services in a complex enterprise environment. Hybrid work options apply.

Formación

• 7–8 years of data platform or data engineering experience, including senior or lead-level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in areas such as Provider Network, Digital Solutions, Pricing, Membership, or Claims.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior Data Engineers; drive engineering standards and best practices.
• Architect, build, tune, and automate scalable Snowflake-based frameworks for Data and Analytics teams, including data privacy, object management, and RBAC.
• Partner with Data Modeling to design scalable data models and warehouse layers that support analytics and operational workloads.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, including query tuning, compute sizing, and workload isolation.
• Deliver high-quality data & analytics platform solutions in collaboration with analytics, product, data engineering, and business teams.
