Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands activation, retention, and expansion, turning data into actionable insights for growth and leadership decisions.

Based in the US/Canada, you’ll work with modern AI/BI tools and cloud data platforms, partnering across CS, Product, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics in complex B2B SaaS, product-led or self-serve motion.
• PLG and customer lifecycle expertise including activation, retention, churn, expansion.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Growth and translate questions into analytics.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leaders and influence priorities.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B) and predictive modeling in business contexts.
• Advanced SQL skills and work with large-scale product usage data.
• Experience with modern cloud data stacks: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt.
• Familiarity with GTM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight); BI tools (Amplitude/Segment).

Responsibilities

• Analyze adoption, retention, and expansion drivers in a product-led SaaS model.
• Partner with CS, Product, Growth, and Leadership to frame analytics questions.
• Translate analyses into clear recommendations and influence strategic decisions.
• Help define data foundations and standards for AI and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to surface actionable insights for executives.
