1Password is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Customer Success and product-led growth teams. You will analyze activation, engagement, retention, and expansion to provide actionable insights that inform growth strategies and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment.
Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on growth levers.
Involvement in building data foundations and analytical standards for AI capabilities.
Exposure to Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows for forecasting and insight generation.
Cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams including Product, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps.
