1Password is seeking a Finance Analytics professional to build trusted financial data foundations and turn complex business data into clear insights. You’ll work across ARR, retention, billing, and subscriptions, creating AI-enabled reporting workflows to speed decision-making.

This is a remote role within the United States and Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Data Analytics. You’ll translate stakeholder questions into actionable analysis, partner with Finance, Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics or related data role with SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of data modeling including star schemas and fact/dimension tables.
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into analytical deliverables and dashboards.
• Strong diagnostic, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, subscriptions, cohorts).
• Familiarity with BI/AI tools (Hex, Claude Code, Cursor) and enterprise data sources (Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate interactive dashboards in Hex for stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into self-serve reporting across ARR, retention, subscriptions.
• Contribute to data models supporting pricing, product lines, and evolving models.
• Support month/quarter-end reporting by investigating variances and drivers.
• Automate recurring tasks using AI workflows to boost analysis time.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve data quality and metric definitions.
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback across teams.
