Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to own digital journeys across onboarding, activation and growth. You will design, build, and optimize scalable campaigns for a multi-stage lifecycle, blending program strategy with analytics to drive measurable customer impact at scale.

You will work with CS, Product, Support, Ops, Marketing, Content, and Data teams, leveraging AI tools to accelerate creation and optimization. This is a remote North America role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, or related SaaS.
• Proven ability to build and own lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable impact.
• Experience creating scalable campaigns, workflows, or journeys, not just managing a book.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding through renewal and beyond.
• Ability to translate signals into clear campaign strategies and measurable actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse customer audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach or similar tools.
• Experience collaborating across CS, Product, Support, Ops, Marketing, Content, and Data teams.
• Comfort in evolving environments where programs are built from scratch.
• Preferred: experience with AI tools and knowledge of 1Password/cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and improve digital customer success campaigns across onboarding, activation, adoption, and growth.
• Build scalable journeys using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement.
• Identify signals and friction points across the lifecycle to inform campaigns.
• Translate insights into triggered programs guiding customers to the next step.
• Draft and optimize customer communications, including emails and journey messaging.
• Monitor program performance with metrics like activation, retention, and expansion.
• Use A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve campaigns.
• Partner with Data, Product, CS Ops, Content, and Voice of Customer teams for alignment.
• Build dashboards to track program health and surface actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation and optimization.
