• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or business intelligence roles, ideally supporting customer-facing functions.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Success Operations measurement and reporting.
• Build dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting for CS leadership and operators.
• Define data definitions and instrumentation with Data Engineering for reliable data sources.
• Develop churn, retention, and renewal analytics and health scoring.
• Create forecasting models and capacity planning for staffing and operations.
• Experiment with AI-enabled analytics and guardrails for governance and accuracy.
