Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, CRM to analyze customer behavior and measure strategic marketing outcomes from the Atlanta-based Center. You will help shape Customer Insights research and drive data-driven decisions across marketing initiatives.

The role requires SQL mastery, proficiency in R or Python, and experience with Power BI or Tableau, plus familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce. You will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, marketing, business, or related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years in marketing or customer analytics or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL.
• Proficiency with at least one stats language (R or Python) and data viz software (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience with AI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate data exploration, modeling, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodology and design.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools (e.g., CDPs) a plus.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing channels and personalization strategies.
• Strong data-driven rationale for new projects; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize customer journeys and revenue.
• Segment customers to support targeted marketing based on behavioral data.
• Design and create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support development of customer-level predictive models and forecasting models.
• Conduct self-directed exploratory analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Merchandising, and IT teams.
• Improve existing customer analytics with empirical, incremental results.
• Ensure compliance with privacy preferences and security protocols.
