Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Analyst of Data and Analytics to design and support business intelligence solutions, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into enterprise reports while maintaining strict compliance controls.

You will leverage data modeling, SQL, and ETL tools to deliver insights. Experience with Cognos Analytics and cloud analytics in Azure is a plus; strong communication and Agile work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• 4+ years of development experience required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of BI trends and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Translate stakeholder needs into BI solutions.
• Work with data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Data Vault).
