Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. invites a Senior Data Scientist to advance the PRO loyalty program analytics. You will build and maintain models for member behavior, reward mechanics, and customer lifetime value, working with Loyalty/CX, PRO, Marketing/CRM, FP&A, and IT.

You will translate insights into actionable business recommendations, design experiments, and communicate findings to leaders. This role seeks a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in data science/advanced analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency and programming in Python and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Model member behavior across the loyalty lifecycle.
• Quantify and predict responses to program mechanics.
• Develop retention, churn, and LTV models for decision-making.
• Design tests and causal analysis to measure impact.
