Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and maintain models and measurement frameworks for the PRO loyalty program.

You will analyze member behavior across the lifecycle, optimize reward structures, and improve customer lifetime value through data-driven strategies. You will work cross-functionally with Loyalty/CX, PRO, Marketing/CRM, FP&A, and IT to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data science or analytics.
• Strong SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with churn, LTV, propensity modeling, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Model member behavior across the program lifecycle from enrollment to engagement.
• Quantify program health and predict reward redemption and breakage.
• Develop retention, churn, and LTV models to inform strategy.
• Design segmentation frameworks using behavioral and transactional data.
• Translate analyses into actionable business recommendations for leadership.
