Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize customers’ shopping journeys and drive incremental revenue.
• Segment the customer base to support targeted marketing based on behavioral, demographic, and preference data.
• Design and create dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support development of customer-level predictive models and forecasting models for planning.
