Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI to lead enterprise-grade AI and data solutions on the US East Coast. You will report to the US CTO, define go-to-market strategy, and guide delivery across a growing US operation.

The role requires deep AWS/Snowflake experience and a track record of supervising multi‑disciplinary teams. You will drive client success, shape AI capability in North America, and contribute to recruitment and capability growth across AI, Data and Platform

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data & AI delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid‑market clients.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions for clients.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy for Data & AI services.
• Coach and mentor AI and data engineers across US and nearshore teams.
• Collaborate with partners to co‑sell and co‑market solutions.
• Oversee architecture quality and delivery outcomes across engagements.
