Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data & AI Products team in Austin. You will own end-to-end data product areas, translating data needs into prioritized roadmaps, framing problems, and delivering trusted data tools and marketplaces for internal teams and beyond.

You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, governance, privacy and business teams to define requirements, drive adoption, and measure success with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in product management or related tech roles with data focus.
• Strong ability to translate data needs into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience partnering with engineering, analytics, governance, privacy and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and own the roadmap for your data products area.
• Run intake for internal product requests and manage a prioritized backlog.
• Know your users across analytics, product, and business teams and translate needs into solutions.
• Ship, certify, launch and provide ongoing support for data products and marketplaces.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, quality, and value.
• Collaborate across teams to align goals and drive delivery.
