Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years contributing to system architecture and design.
• Proficiency with Python, React, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS.
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Airflow) and databases.
• Interest in AI/ML and applying new tech to product problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery for the ambiguous/complex problem space in the squad.
• Provide guidance to team on system architecture and design.
• Develop solutions that are high quality, scalable, and reliable.
• Work collaboratively in squads with PMs, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
• Investigate and prototype technologies to introduce new innovations.
• Be self-directed and drive solutions with minimal guidance.
