Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core data tools and marketplace product area, guiding a roadmap from discovery to live impact. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, data governance, privacy and business teams to align priorities and deliver trusted data products.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, prioritization, clear requirements, and stakeholder communication. You will help make data easier to publish, discover, and reuse, enabling teams to publish

Qualifications

• Typically 8 or more years of product management experience in technology, marketplace, data, platform, SaaS, or related environment.
• Proven track record of owning a product area and shipping outcomes.
• Experience running an intake and backlog: turning requests into a prioritized plan.
• Strong data and analytics fluency; understand pipelines, data quality and trust.
• Strong at discovery: talking to users and using data to decide.
• Able to define product metrics and use data to fund initiatives.
• Excellent prioritization and problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
• Experience writing clear requirements and working closely with engineering through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and update the product roadmap and priorities.
• Turn goals into concrete products to build and improve.
• Define briefs, requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Ship products in small, value-adding increments.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, governance, privacy and business teams.
• Measure adoption and impact using defined metrics.
