Job summary

Realtor.com® is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner to own experimentation, business analytics, and data-driven decision making for consumer product experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and data teams to influence the roadmap and strategy.

You will lead learning agendas, design multivariate tests, and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations that shape critical business decisions and product directions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, ML, or applied statistics with product analytics or experimentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Amplitude or similar tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (Streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, Windsurf) is a must.
• Ability to build ETL pipelines with dbt and Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term strategic analyses for consumer product initiatives.
• Size opportunities and balance feature growth with optimization for content and visualization.
• Design learning agendas and multivariate tests; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics and deliver data-driven analyses for product decisions.
• Champion self-service AI-enabled reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Improve tracking and data quality; conduct deep-dives on product performance.
• Uncover foundational insights into how users engage with visual content and media assets.
