Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead our centralized Data & Analytics function, including Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams. You will own end-to-end data strategy, governance, and enterprise AI enablement, while driving pricing and yield optimization to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership across data, AI, analytics and pricing with 5+ years guiding executive-level multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical grounding on cloud platforms (AWS) and modern data architectures.
• Experience applying advanced analytics, ML, and experimentation in large-scale consumer/digital platforms.
• Strong pricing framework design, yield management, and revenue analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end data strategy, engineering roadmap, and scalable enterprise data architecture for high-performance analytics and AI use cases.
• Oversee data engineering/operations to ensure high-quality, reliable data infrastructure across datasets.
• Establish data governance, privacy standards, and compliance frameworks for enterprise data assets.
