Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Data & Analytics organization. You will own the data products and marketplace tooling, turning data needs and requests into a prioritized roadmap and shipped solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, governance, privacy and business teams, owning end-to-end delivery from brief to adoption, with metrics to prove impact and value.

Qualifications

• Strong data and analytics fluency; understand pipelines, models, and quality.
• Able to define product metrics and use data to decide what to fund.
• Experience owning a product area and shipping outcomes.
• Excellent prioritization in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
• Clear communicator who aligns multiple teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and keep it current as priorities change.
• Manage intake and backlog; maintain a visible backlog for stakeholders.
• Engage internal teams to understand needs and where they get stuck.
• Partner with engineering to ship in small, value-adding increments.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers to build from.
• Measure adoption and impact to drive improvements.
