Slalom Build in California's NorCal market seeks a Senior Principal or Director, Data & AI Go-To-Market Lead. You will shape regional strategy, blend analytics with sales, and drive growth with leading tech partners.

You will build a high‑performing GTM team, create demand through conferences and campaigns, and collaborate with clients and partners to convert opportunities into measurable outcomes. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep data/Ai expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles, ideally in consulting.
• Experience driving multi-million dollar capability revenue.
• Strong data and AI strategy with partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and scale go-to-market teams.
• Experience with major tech partners (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, OpenAI, Google, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Dataiku).
