Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Director, Data & AI Go-To-Market to accelerate growth in the Mid America region. This senior, client-facing role blends strong GTM and pre-sales with technical depth to represent Data & AI in executive conversations, RFPs, and early pursuits.

You will collaborate across Slalom’s Data & AI ecosystem, client services, sales, and delivery to shape compelling solutions and bring the right expertise to opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior Data & AI go-to-market experience framing, presenting and selling solutions.
• Balanced business and technical credibility with strong storytelling.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake; Fabric also valuable.
• Experience shaping client solutions, contributing to RFPs, and driving outcomes.
• Executive presence to engage C-suite and lead conversations.
• Collaborative leadership across sales, services, architecture and delivery.
• Partner orientation and ecosystem development experience.
• Curiosity with market perspective and ability to translate into client stories.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell Data & AI solutions aligned to client priorities and value.
• Lead executive conversations with C-suite and technical leaders.
• Guide discovery, workshops, RFPs, design, and pursuit strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, capability, architecture, and delivery leaders.
• Build momentum around Databricks and Snowflake with strong focus on demand.
• Create and convert demand from initial conversations to solutioning and sale.
• Contribute to GTM capability with market insight and reusable assets.
