Slalom seeks a Go-to-Market Data Director for the Pacific Southwest in Financial Services, based in Los Angeles. Onsite presence is required with travel 10-20% as needed.

You will drive growth of data and AI offerings, translate the national vision into local impact, and lead senior client engagements to deliver data-driven outcomes. As a senior leader, you will shape solutions with clients, partner with technology providers, and guide sales and delivery teams to create measurable value and

Qualifications

15+ years in consulting leadership with data focus.
5+ years in data architecture/engineering in cloud environments.
Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake required.
Financial services industry data background preferred.
7–10 years leading technical pursuits with sales/consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of Slalom's data and AI offerings in Financial Services.
Lead national to local GTM strategy with data & AI focus.
Collaborate with technology partners and client teams to identify opportunities.
Develop proposals, presentations, and SOWs to drive business growth.
Lead data architecture pillar (Databricks and/or Snowflake) delivery.
