Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal or Director for the NorCal Data & AI Go-To-Market lead role. This on-site position oversees building a high-performing GTM team, driving growth in data and intelligence offerings, and partnering with key technology providers to accelerate client outcomes.

You will tailor regional strategies, drive revenue growth, lead a cross-functional team, and represent Slalom in the market as a data/AI thought leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience driving capability revenue objectives ranging from $2 million to $5 million.
• Leadership experience in data/AI with partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, OpenAI, Google, and Dataiku.
• Expertise in SaaS, semiconductor, search, and social media products/services.
• Ability to build and lead GTM teams and to collaborate cross-functionally to advance customer-centric initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Tailor regional capability strategies for the NorCal market, aligning with technology sector client portfolios.
• Drive Data and Intelligence sales initiatives by leveraging market insights and prioritizing opportunities.
• Identify high-impact opportunities with technology partners and client teams to grow revenue.
• Plan and execute Slalom-led thought leadership events focused on Data and Intelligence solutions.
• Own pipeline management and deal closure in line with market strategy.
• Develop and mentor a small team of direct reports involved in market pursuits.
