Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal or Director for Data & AI Go-To-Market in the NorCal region. The role emphasizes building a high-performing GTM team, driving regional strategy, and partnering with top tech vendors to accelerate data and AI-led growth.

You will lead with a customer-centric approach, align capability strategy with market needs, and guide cross-functional teams to win data-driven opportunities across SaaS, semiconductor, and tech sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing capability revenue objectives ranging from $2 million to $5 million.
• Leadership in data architecture, data engineering and strategy, with partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion and Dataiku.

Responsibilities

• Tailor regional capability strategy to the NorCal market and drive Data & Intelligence sales initiatives.
• Lead go-to-market activities, including partner collaboration and demand generation campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a small team, collaborate with sales and client partners to grow the pipeline, and deliver as SME where needed.
• Serve as a Solution Lead to align market strategy with delivery and client outcomes.
