Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Director, Data & AI Go-To-Market to accelerate growth across the Mid America region. This senior, client-facing role connects client needs with modern data and AI platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead executive conversations, contribute to discovery and pursuit strategy, and collaborate across sales, delivery, and technology teams to craft differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior Data & AI go-to-market experience in a consulting, technology, or partner-led environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling with technical breadth to act as a trusted Data & AI expert.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake; Databricks preferred; Microsoft Fabric is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Shape, explain, and position Data & AI solutions linked to client priorities and measurable business value.
• Lead executive conversations with C-suite and technical leaders on data platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Contribute to discovery, workshops, RFPs, solution design, and pursuit strategy.
• Collaborate with client services, sales, capability, architecture, and delivery leaders to assemble the right team.
• Build platform and partner momentum around Databricks and Snowflake; Databricks experience preferred.
• Identify opportunities, inspire client confidence, and move pursuits from early conversations to solutioning and sale.
• Contribute to GTM capability with market insight and reusable assets.
