Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data 360 Architect within the Data Excellence team to deliver and enable Data 360 solutions for enterprise customers. You will guide architecture, drive knowledge sharing, and provide technical validation across multi-client engagements.

The role splits between delivery and internal enablement, including documenting reference architectures and building reusable assets while staying current with the product roadmap and data-platform innovations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Data 360 deployment experience with customer use cases.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is required.
• Strong data management knowledge within Salesforce ecosystem (CDP, ETL/ELT, governance).
• Experience with data warehouse tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or SQL Server.
• Ability to influence audiences and lead architectural discussions with executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to expert on Data 360 for internal and enterprise customers.
• Escalation point for complex Data 360 challenges and solutions.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to shape scope and validate technical approaches.
• Mentor teams; create reference architectures and reusable assets.
• Gather Voice of the Customer to influence product and roadmap.
