Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data 360 Technical Architect in New York for the Data Excellence team within CSG Professional Services. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, define reference architectures, and build reusable tools and patterns to scale Data 360 deployments.

You will split time between delivering customer-facing architecture and enabling internal teams, mentor colleagues, stay current with roadmap changes, and provide Voice of the Customer feedback

Qualifications

• Hands-on Data 360 experience with guiding customers on platform use.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is required.
• Understanding of data management, ETL/ELT, and data governance within Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex Data 360 projects.
• Partner with customers and account teams to define scope and designs.
• Lead mentorship and enablement programs, documenting reference architectures.
• Maintain expertise on product roadmap and data platform landscape.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Collaborate with GTM during pre-sales activities.
• Manage 2-3 parallel engagements with ~50% utilization.
