Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Data 360 within CSG Professional Services. The role blends customer‑facing architecture with internal enablement, guiding enterprise deployments and contributing to product direction.

You will collaborate with account teams, deliver reference architectures, and build reusable assets while staying current on the roadmap and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Data 360 experience guiding customers on the platform.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is required.
• Strong understanding of data management, integration, transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go‑to SME on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and customers.
• Escalation point for complex Data 360 challenges with strategic solutions.
• Partner with customers and account teams to define scope, designs, and business value.
