Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data Cloud Senior Technical Architect in Specialized Delivery to lead complex Data 360 solutions across customer engagements. You will shape architecture, drive data integration, and enable transformations for top customers while partnering with account and delivery leadership.

You will guide data governance, security, and best practices, leveraging cloud-based tools and APIs. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Relevant Data 360 experience or equivalent Customer Data Platform experience (e.g. Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ).
• Experience with Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud; related certifications are a plus.
• Data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Experience with data management, data transformation, ETL using cloud-based tools.
• Data architecture with profiling, data quality, and MDM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360 with Customers.
• Act as a strategic advisor to unlock data from enterprise systems.
• Help exceed customer goals and provide insights on Data 360 best practices.
• Independently drive engagements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple strategic clients and utilization targets.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market to grow services within accounts.
