Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Data360 Architect within the Data Excellence team of CSG Professional Services. The role blends customer-facing advisory work with enabling Salesforce employees on Data360, including documenting reference architectures and building reusable assets.

You'll guide enterprise customers on best practices, shapes architectural patterns, and contribute to product enhancements via field feedback.

Qualifications

Hands-on Data360 experience guiding customers on the platform.
Salesforce Data360 Consultant certification is required.
Strong data management and integration knowledge within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with CDP/data warehouse tech (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift/BigQuery).
Ability to influence groups, run solutioning discussions, and craft architectural roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on Salesforce Data360 for internal teams and customers; advise on use cases and patterns.
Escalation point for complex Data360 project challenges and solutions.
Collaborate with customers and account teams to define scope and design solutions; articulate business value.
Lead and contribute to mentorship and enablement programs; deliver technical content and reference architectures.
Maintain expertise on product roadmap and data platform landscape; continuous learning.
Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering for improvements.
Partner with GTM during pre-sales for technical validation and scope shaping.
Manage 2-3 concurrent engagements with ~50% utilization target.
