Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Data 360 (Data Cloud) within the Data Excellence team. You will guide enterprise engagements, architect scalable solutions, and enable internal teams on Data 360 capabilities.

The role blends delivery with enablement, serving as a technical advisor to enterprise customers while building reusable assets and patterns for the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Data 360 experience guiding customers.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT and governance considerations.
• Experience with CDP and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Ability to influence discussions on architecture and implementation Roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex Data 360 challenges.
• Partner with customers and account teams to define solution scope and articulate business value.
• Lead mentorship and enablement programs, delivering technical content and reference architectures.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering for enhancements.
