Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data 360 Technical Architect within the Data Excellence team of CSG Professional Services. The role blends delivery and internal enablement, serving enterprise customers as a technical advisor while enabling Salesforce colleagues on Data 360 through reference architectures and reusable assets.

You will mentor teams, shape reference architectures, and provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence future features.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Data 360 guidance for customers.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification required.
• Solid data management concepts in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with CDP and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Ability to influence groups and lead solution discussions.
• Experience with AI data integration concepts (RAG, vector databases).
• Salesforce experience in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud a plus.
• Ability to visualize and communicate complex concepts.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Security, and Privacy.
• BA/BS degree; travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers.
• Escalation point for complex Data 360 project challenges with recommendations.
• Partner with customers to assess challenges, define scope, and articulate business value.
• Lead mentorship and enablement programs; build reusable assets and patterns.
• Maintain expertise on product roadmap and data platform landscape.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with GTM teams during pre-sales activities for technical validation.
• Manage 2-3 strategic client engagements with ~50% utilization.
