Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. seeks a Structural Practice Lead - Hydraulic Structures to grow our dam engineering practice across the United States.

You will lead technical projects, develop clients, and mentor teams while guiding risk-based decisions for embankment, concrete dams, spillways and related systems. The role involves collaboration with national experts, regulatory compliance, and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional registration (PE or SE) required.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities for Dams and Hydraulic Structures.
• Provide technical leadership on dam projects.
• Mentor staff and assist with recruiting to grow the dam engineering capabilities.
• Ensure projects meet technical, budget, schedule, quality and client satisfaction.
