hybrid/remote options available across multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Syracuse, and Los Angeles, with responsibilities spanning technical leadership, client relations, and market expansion. The role requires 10+ years in dam engineering, PE/SE licensure, and strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness to support national projects and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
• Professional licensure (PE/SE) required.
• 10+ years of dam engineering experience preferred (15+ preferred).
• Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and client management (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Dams and Hydraulic Structures regionally.
• Provide technical leadership on dam safety and rehabilitation projects.
• Mentor technical staff and assist in recruiting to grow dam capabilities.
• Ensure projects meet technical, schedule, and budget goals.
