Crowe's Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with clients who are live on D365 SCM, focusing on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning operations to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience including live production support/optimization.
• Proven track record identifying and closing the gap between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management).

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capability, configuration drift, and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
• Optimize production SCM capabilities to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into an enhanced roadmap, designs, and system changes.
• Lead and mentor teams, contribute to post-go-live optimization offerings.
