Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience, including supporting or optimizing live production environments.
• Proven track record closing the gap between system design and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Supply Chain Management environments to identify underused capability, configuration drift, and gaps between designed process and actual usage.
• Optimize advanced SCM capabilities in production to close performance and adoption gaps.
• Advise clients on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into a prioritized enhancement roadmap, functional designs, and system configuration changes.
• Identify opportunities to apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
• Mentor team members and help grow the post-go-live optimization and managed services offering.
• Contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.
