Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain.
• 8+ years relevant experience or degree plus experience.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity/DoD training.
• Knowledge of DoD Cyber Workforce Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of cybersecurity training for TN22 workforce.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for cyber defense and CSSP.
• Develop materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Coordinate training across multiple sites and shifts.
• Assess training effectiveness and readiness.
