Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Trainer to orchestrate the design, delivery, and assessment of cybersecurity training for the TN22 workforce. You will work with government and contractor stakeholders across multiple sites, developing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring readiness and compliance with DoD frameworks.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility, a relevant degree with ~8+ years of experience, and strong instruction, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; degree optional with experience.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity or IT training in large, distributed organizations.
• Knowledge of DoD cyber workforce concepts and DoD 8140.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of cybersecurity training for TN22.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements and assess effectiveness.
• Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training across sites and shifts.
• Mentor junior trainers and brief leadership on readiness and risks.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
