ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant for Armis in the SLED Southwest region. You will deliver virtual and in-person demos, deploy POV installations, and lead training sessions while traveling up to 40%.

A BS in CS/MIS is required with 5+ years in technical roles and customer-facing experience. Join a security-focused role that combines sales support with deep technical expertise, including networking and SaaS security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect) ideally for a Cyber Security vendor.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes.
• Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers and supporting Sales AE's / RSM's.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Address prospects needs through clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate with teammates while delivering individual contributions.
• Think across sales process, customer support, troubleshooting, and new use cases.
