Motorola Solutions is seeking a cybersecurity services sales professional to champion our advisory and compliance offerings nationwide. You will engage with C-suite and director-level decision-makers, align security solutions to client goals, and drive complex deals from opportunity to close.

The role requires consultative selling, knowledge of federal procurement, and travel within the United States up to 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales or 8+ years in related fields.
• Experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, and CMMC frameworks.
• Knowledge of federal and state/local procurement processes.
• Ability to source opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quota.
• Target new logos and lead complex sales efforts.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with Salesforce hygiene.
• Design security solutions aligned with client goals.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and use cases.
• Advance conversations to strategic discussions.
• Manage opportunities from identification to closure.
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with delivery teams.
• Represent Motorola at conferences and events.
