Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive the sale of Cybersecurity Services to customers across North America. You will work with field account teams, present to Directors and C-level executives, and manage time to retire quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving quota, defining security solutions, demonstrating capabilities, and traveling up to 50% within the NA territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales experience, presales, customer success, military or public safety experience; OR 8+ years of sales experience with the same background.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
• Ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales experience.
• Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quota in North America on a consistent basis.
• Provide visibility on regional performance and penetration.
• Define security solutions aligned with client goals.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and clients with key features and use cases.
• Collaborate with account teams to secure future business and retire quotas.
• Target new logos and lead sales efforts in prospect accounts.
• Represent Motorola Solutions at security conferences and industry events.
• Serve as SME between prospects, clients, and account teams.
