Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive cybersecurity services revenue across North America. You will collaborate with field account teams and present to directors and C-level executives, prioritizing time and delivering outstanding customer service to achieve quota.

Responsibilities include defining security solutions, demonstrating capabilities, penetrating new accounts, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales experience, presales, customer success, military or public safety experience; or 8+ years of sales experience in similar areas.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences and situations.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales approaches.
• Excellent forecasting and CRM hygiene (SFDC) skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned quota on a consistent basis.
• Provide visibility on performance and penetration of the assigned region.
• Define security solutions aligned to client goals and requirements.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and clients with clear value.
• Collaborate with account teams to secure future business and retire quotas.
• Target new logos and lead sales efforts to penetrate accounts.
• Represent Motorola Solutions at security conferences and industry events.
• Act as a conduit between prospects, clients, and internal teams for requirements.
