Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive to sell Cybersecurity Services to North America. You will work with field account teams as a SME, presenting to Directors and C-level executives, prioritizing and managing time to retire quota for your region.

Responsibilities include achieving quota, guiding regional performance, defining security solutions, and demonstrating capabilities to prospects. Travel up to 50% within assigned territory (IL, MI, OH, WI, MN, ND, SD).)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales, presales, customer success, military and/or public safety.
• Or 8+ years of sales, presales, customer success, military and/or public safety.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Ability to explain complicated concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated target account selling / solution selling experience.
• Forecasting with accurate SFDC hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned quota on a consistent basis.
• Provide visibility and guidance on regional performance.
• Define security solutions aligned with client goals.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with account teams to secure future business.
• Target new logos and lead sales efforts.
• Represent Motorola Solutions at security conferences and industry events.
• Communicate requirements and product enhancements internally.
