Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or technical program/engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs with understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.
• Deep experience in cyber security and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program planning and delivery for security initiatives, defining requirements, business impact, and a clear definition of done broken into executable tasks.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy and lead teams through delivery using agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders to keep programs focused on strategic objectives and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Report program status to executive leadership with data-backed clarity, surfacing blockers, risks, and a clear path to resolution.
