Salesforce is seeking a strategic leader to join the Customer Success Group as Director/Senior Manager, Adoption Programs. You will architect a global security adoption process, moving from 1:1 interventions to scalable, program-led motions that drive enterprise adoption of priority security controls.

Key responsibilities include designing the Adoption Playbook, coordinating cross-functional efforts with Security, Product, and Customer Success, and delivering measurable program impact to senior

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Adoption Programs in enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to build and scale cross-functional programs and influence results.
• Experience leading compliance-driven adopt-and-rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Adoption Playbook to drive customer security-control adoption.
• Identify gaps and define structured programs for scalable interventions.
• Partner across Security, Product, and Customer Success to align rollout plans.
• Create a clear program reporting framework and track progress.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
